Microneedling

Skinpen™ microneedling toolSparclaine MD uses state of the art micro needling, Skinpen™ (www.skinpen.com), to open channels through the skin and help promote production of new collagen and elastin. The Skinpen™ Precision is the only FDA approved microneedling device in the USA.

This procedure can be done by itself with good results.  For better, and prolonged, results, PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) with or without micronized fat cells can be added.

Body Composition Measurement using Bioimpedance Scale

Dr. Ghislaine Robert with a patient discussing body composition measurementAt our office, we are using an electric bioimpedance scale to measure your body composition (weight, lean mass and percentage, fat mass and percentage, water composition and basal metabolic rate.  By taking serial measurements during your recovery, we will be able to guide you towards being in an anabolic state.  We will also recommend supplements for you to take after the procedure to make sure you achieve this goal.

Fat Transfer

By injecting combination of PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) and fat obtained by mini-liposuction procedure, we can improve volume in the face and other parts of the body.

At Sparclaine MD, we use it to treat deep wrinkles and add volume to face, hands, scars, stretch marks and labia major (female genitals).  The results are longer lasting than the synthetic filler and more natural.
